PrivacyPrivacy policy
How Student Arts Foundation handles information you share through this website.
Information we collect
We collect only the information you choose to submit through our forms, such as your name, email address, phone number, and details about the opportunity or support you're asking about. We ask for the minimum needed to respond.
How we use it
- To respond to your message or request
- To follow up about programs, financial assistance, partnerships, volunteering, or donations you asked about
- To send our newsletter, only if you sign up
We do not sell or rent your information.
Young people
Our programs serve young people, so we take extra care. Forms about a child's participation or financial assistance should be completed by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. If you're under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us for you. We do not publish photos, names, or stories of young people without appropriate permission.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies or track you across other websites, to understand which pages and opportunities are most useful.
Third-party services
We use a small number of outside services to run this website. Each receives only what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.
| Service | What we use it for | Information it receives |
|---|---|---|
| Jotform | Our online forms: contact, newsletter sign-up, donations, volunteer registration, partner registration, opportunity submissions, teaching artist interest, and Rising Creatives interest | The information you type into a form. Volunteer registration also asks for date of birth, home address, and photo ID verification, used for volunteer screening. For donations, payment details go to Jotform's secure payment page and its payment processor; SAF never sees or stores your card number. |
| Plausible Analytics | Counting visits and which pages and buttons are used, so we can improve the site | Anonymous page views, referring website, and general device and country information. No cookies, and no personal information is collected or stored. |
| Google Fonts | Displaying the website's typefaces | Your browser requests font files from Google, which receives your IP address and browser information as part of that request. |
| GoDaddy | Hosting the website | Standard web server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used to deliver and secure the site. |
We link to our Instagram and Facebook pages, but we don't embed social media feeds or tracking pixels on this site. If you follow those links, Meta's privacy policy applies on its sites.
Links to other websites
Our opportunity directory links to programs run by other organizations. Their websites have their own privacy practices.
